Terms and Conditions


Check-in times are 2pm to 3pm or 6pm to 10pm during the week and 2pm to 10pm on weekends

(If you plan to arrive between 3pm and 6pm on Monday to Friday, let us know in advance and we will endeavour to facilitate your check-in.)

Check-out by 10:30am


All of our rooms are non-smoking


Breakfast is served 8:30am to 10am Monday to Friday and 9am to 10am on Saturdays and Sundays


A 25% deposit will be taken at the time of booking which is non-refundable within 7 days of arrival


Although we do allow (well behaved!) dogs in our bar area, we do not allow pets in our Bed & Breakfast accommodation
