• Breakfast is available between 8am and 9am.
• All our rooms are non-smoking.
• We do not allow pets on the premises
• Arrival from 2pm, check out by 10am.
• A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.  This deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled with less than 7 days’ notice
