Hot terrine of goats cheese, roast pepper and aubergine served with
pesto and balsamic dressing

Taglioline with hot smoked salmon flakes with a caviar and cream seafood sauce (v)

Char grilled venison steak served with dauphinoise potatoes, baby vegetables
and a plum, port and juniper jus

 Pan roast breast of wild duck on a bed of cassolette and confit duck leg

Herb crusted darne of salmon served with dauphinoise potatoes, wilted spinach and a dill and white wine sauce with saffron

Noisettes of lamb served with chateau potatoes, baby vegetables
and a red wine and redcurrant jus
