Six Portland oysters to share served on a bed of ice with lemon (to share)

Smoked pigeon with sweet potato crisp and mustard pickled carrots

Roasted goats cheese served on a rocket, pear and walnut salad (v)

Main Courses

‘Jurassic Coast’ fillet steak with homemade chunky chips, roasted tomatoes, béarnaise sauce and red watercress (£3 supplement)

Oven-roasted quail served with a chestnut and vegetable sauce, dauphinoise potato and mixed roasted vegetables

Whole roasted mackerel served with charred asparagus, roasted vine cherry tomatoes and beetroot foam

Spinach and ricotta gnocchi served with a mixed leaf and tomato salad (v)
