Pub Classics

Homemade beef lasagne £11.95
Chefs homemade ragu layered between fresh lasagne sheets topped with béchamel and freshly grated parmesan reggiano. Served with garlic ciabatta and summer salad
Handmade pie of the day £11.95
Handmade individual shortcrust pastry pie served with mashed potato and local seasonal vegetables
Honey roasted ham and egg £10.95
Wild flower Dorset honey glazed home cooked ham with 2 free range Ferton farm eggs and twice cooked chips
Whole tail scampi £11.95
North Atlantic whole tail breaded scampi served with homemade tartar sauce, twice cooked chips and summer salad

Salad and Light Lunch

Prawn, feta & watermelon salad £11.95
Mixed leaf salad with Atlantic cold-water prawns, feta cheese, watermelon, green beans cherry tomatoes and new potatoes. Dressed with extra virgin olive oil and seasoned with Maldon sea salt and cracked black pepper
Poached pear and blue vinny salad £11.95
Sliced pear poached in star anise infused red wine tossed with Dorset blue vinny, mixed leaves, green beans, new potatoes and cherry tomatoes. Topped with toasted pine nuts and dressed with extra virgin olive oil and seasoned with Maldon sea salt and cracked black pepper

Wild flower Dorset honey glazed ham with Spanish chorizo and Salami Milano in a mixed leaf summer salad with apple, celery, cherry tomatoes and balsamic pickled onions. Served with warm malted baguette and spiced tomato & caramelised onion chutney

Grilled Cornish sardines in a lemon & caper butter, served on wholemeal toast with dressed watercress
