Shetland scallops in a white wine & cream sauce topped with russet mash potato and gruyere cheese

Roast breast of  free range turkey, maple glazed home cooked ham chestnut, cranberry and sausage meat stuffing pigs in blankets, devils on horse back, goose fat roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a white wine and thyme jus


Pan roasted breast of local goose with confit goose leg sausage roll, calvados jus, goose fat roast potatoes and cranberry compote served with a medley of green vegetables


Chestnut & cranberry filo crown served with celeriac, parsnip and walnut slaw and beetroot purée
