The Hambro Arms is located in the picturesque and historic village of Milton Abbas, in the heart of beautiful Dorset. Milton Abbas, which features on many picture postcards of Dorset, is a 'chocolate box' village, with identical thatched cottages and a unique history. It is believed to be the first 'planned village' in England.
The bar and restaurant with rooms, offers exceptional food and newly-refurbished, contemporary bedrooms offering all of the charm of the historic building with modern conveniences.

The Hambro Arms has two spacious bars and a charming restaurant. Our customers can relax in front of our open fire and enjoy a range of local ales and spirits, or choose from our wide selection of quality wines. Our food offering caters for every occasion. Whether it is a lunch time snack or a special meal, we have the menu to suit. We offer a selection of traditional pub food as well as a specials board that changes daily and offers dishes for that special occassion in our elegant restaurant.
We are also able to cater for weddings and other functions and can seat up to 50 in our restaurant.

Sleep is blissful at the Hambro Arms. All of our en-suite rooms have been recently refurbished in a contemporary style, offering all of the charm of the historic building, with modern conveniences. We also have a family room and a junior-suite for that special romantic weekend break.
